Cancellation Policy

Every booking made on Airfarebooking is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary with respect to flight and booking class.
Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific airline’s policy.
Some bookings cannot be cancelled partially as per the specific airline’s policy.
Cancellations can be made by giving us a call @1-888-275-0882 (toll- free), message our Customer Care through the Live Chat option on the Website or mail us at info@airfarebooking.com.
Amendment charges on Airfarebooking are subject to change as per the policy of the airline, which varies due to flight timings and booking class.
To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, Airfarebooking recommends our customers to contact us directly for refunds.
In case of problems such as bad weather conditions, health related problems or air traffic control problem arises, we request the User to call us, and we will help in choosing the next best course of action.
If the flight has been postponed for more than 3 hours and the User wishes to cancel their trip, we request them to give us a call. The penalty charges applied on your ticket may be discarded if you do so.
If the User has already checked in, they need to wait for the next flight that will depart in the time period of 24 hours.

Notification of delays and cancellations

Airfarebooking continuously updates the current position of the flight on the screen. Our customer support team will give the User all the information about the flight including cancellations, delays or diversions. We recommend our customers to stay updated with the notifications of the flight status.

GETTING REBOOKED

If a flight booked for the User has been cancelled or delayed due to any problems, and they want to rebook the flight again, then we’ll do our best to get their seat approved in another available flight.
To rebook the seat in the next available flight, the User can call us @1-888-275-0882 (toll- free), message our Customer Care through the Live Chat option on the Website or mail us at info@airfarebooking.com.

REFUND

Refunds will be processed as per the airline fare rules and cancellation policy. Such refunds shall be subject to Airfarebooking receiving the same from the airlines. However, the convenience fee paid to Airfarebooking, paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee.
All cancellations to be made need to be intimated to Airfarebooking directly, in order to initiate the process of refund. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc. The refund shall be processed after deducting the Airfarebooking service fee which is independent of the convenience fee as mentioned above.
The refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Airfarebooking will make an appropriate charge reversal to the same credit card; likewise if the User used a debit card, Airfarebooking will credit the money to the same debit card.
In the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets, upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
